NSAWAM ROAD CHURCH OF CHRIST EVANGELISTS MONTHLY REPORTS TO MISSION MISSIONERIES GHANA


MONTH: AUGUST – NOVEMBER, 2011


PROGRAMME SCHEDULED

On the 7/8/11- 28/8/11 a joint evangelism and bible studies in the church in Damdaboli and it surrounding area in the Gusheigu District with Evangelist preton an evangelist from outside to Ghana and a member of Bible Church of Africa to Ghana for two years evangelism. Evangelist Preton stays in Damdaboli and Evangelist at the area there just to win souls for Christ. You know that is my working area also and I am been moving round for our churches teaching and preaching in the Gushegu district. Very and fortunately I met evangelist preton on my way to Damakong the next village to Damdaboli for bible studies on Friday and he stoped me and asked me where am going and I told him I am going to Damankong for Bible Studies. He said he heard of one evangelist from Church of Christ working in the Districts here whether I am the one because the members told him the preacher is using a white D.T motor bike that is why he stoped me to find out. I told him yes I am the one from church of Christ. He said he had a plan with me and the plan is just to work with me because he is to leave Ghana this year and wanted to hand over the churches he established in my hands because the people understand me direct in our local language than any other person because he always goes with interpertitor to the church. Actually I did agreet to work with Evangelist preton and by the grace of God we made a good impact and the work is progress in


The activities I had with preton are follows:

August-September 2011

1. 
Wednesdays 3:30pm Bible studies with only church of members both myself and Mr. Perton
2. Fridays 20:00pm Evangelism, because they do not go to from on this day and we always meet them at homes and under the trees with the work of God.
3. Saturday 4:00pm only members of Bible Church of African in Bible studies
4. Sundays Every two weeks the churches have to come together as a joint worship both church of Christ and Bible church of Africa

With all those the white man made it known to them that by this year he will be leaving back home and for that matter he is handing over his Churches in my care. What even made me happy is that, any time there is Baptism he bring the follow to me to be baptize.

On the same month of 9/08/-11/8/11 we distributed some used clothing for some churches around Yendi and three churches in Gushegu.

We were blessed by some used clothing for village of hope in Accra to Yendi to be distributed to some church in the area. We were all happy about the used clothing which have been donated by the village of hope to our local churches here because many of our church are lacking clothing. Sometimes what they churches used for farms also used for church. The churches who had the clothing were very happy about it and also blessed those who donated them.

Those are the churches who had the clothing in the Yendi area.

6. Bakpba
7. Kuga
8. Kanimo
9. Yendi

All these churches were distributed on the first and second day. We are still praying if God blessed and we have more we will be happy because some of our churches who did not have it heard of it and were not happy and lam putting my request across if some thing like that can be sent to us we will be happy.  Also I was given three bags of used clothing for Gushegu District and l have about ten churches there l chose only three churches form the distribution

These are

1. Gushegu
2. Wantugu
3. Kpugu yagigu

The reason is that, I am been teaching these churches for sometimes ago and many of them requested Bibles from near both Dagbani and konkmba and for fortunately Tommy car gave us and Bible for our churches and I sent them along with the used clothing for the distribution. I did not want them to have only the mind of physical gift but also spiritual gift. In the distribution when you pick a clothing I added you a Bible just to tell them that the word of God is first before everything just like Mathew 6:33 in fact if not all the time but sometimes if God bless us with things like this it will help us a lot in some of the areas that work in the northern regions of Ghana.

On the month of October first and second week scheduled for the overseas churches in the District I have two over seas churches in every raining season from the beginning of August-October sometime I used to cross in the first week of October and sometimes second week to these two churches mabonbori and Gundulanyili. I had a Bible studies with them in every Wednesday and Sunday I make sure I worship with these two churches sometimes when I cross I have to look for some of them and bring them back to the churches again in the month of October lam always serious about these churches immediately lam able to cross I always with them in every Wednesdays and Sundays
In the month of November scheduled for kuga church. Church now is the hands Alhanssan Yabdoch myself and sometimes bro, paul Dokurigu.

In the month of November the last two weeks on Sundays and Wednesdays are for me in kuga church.  I tough and preach in kuga for these two week Also there are letters for the churches to announce the Bible camp in the year 2011 taking place in Yendi. I distributed the letters in my District and some churches in Gani area that is where chief Adams was working so far this is what have for you.
